Where we ship

We currently ship within the UK. We’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Delivery options & prices

  • Express (1–3 working days)£12.00

  • Standard (2–4 working days)£5.99

  • Free UK delivery — orders over £120 (UK Mainland; some remote postcodes may be excluded)

Dispatch times

Orders placed Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same working day if received before 2pm; otherwise the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or Bank Holidays dispatch the next working day.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items are reserved at checkout and ship in line with the stated release window. If a date changes, we’ll update you by email.

Split shipments

To get items to you faster, we may ship your order in multiple parcels at no extra cost.

If you’re not in / safe place

If you’re unavailable, the courier may deliver to a neighbour or a designated safe place and leave a card. If delivery can’t be completed after repeated attempts, the parcel may be returned to us and a refund issued (delivery fees may be deducted for re-sending).

Order updates & tracking

You’ll receive email updates when your order is processed and dispatched. Tracking will be provided where available.

Delivery issues & delays

Very occasionally, events outside our control (severe weather, industrial action, carrier network issues) can delay delivery. We’ll keep you informed and work to resolve any issues quickly.

Returns & exchanges (summary)

You can return items within 14 days of receipt, in original condition with tags. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please use a tracked service and keep proof of postage. For full details, see our Returns & Exchanges policy.

VAT, pricing & checkout

Delivery charges are confirmed at checkout and may change from time to time. Any promotional free-delivery thresholds apply to merchandise subtotal after discounts.
